Their machine at work ate my $2.20 but didn’t dispense a chocolate bar. I called their hotline after hours and left a message. A few days later the operator refilled the machine and sent me an SMS about the refund and they provided me the refund on the next day! They attend customer inquiries so faast!

We have been with SVA for 2 years now and we’re impressed with the attention to detail . Michelle is so friendly and accommodating. If we request for a refill it is being attended and she update us when the technician will be coming either over the phone or SMS. They always kept the machines clean and attractive looking.
