Warranty

All vending machines purchased come with a 24-month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the purchase date. Warranty registration is required within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. Conditions for a full refund, minus a restocking fee of 15%, require the vending machine to be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs, unless dealing with defective products, are the customer’s responsibility.
